Give hallways and closets a clean, modern look with the Yale Edge Seabrook passage lever and square rose. Both levers operate freely for convenient access without a lock. The reversible design fits left- or right-handed doors measuring 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches thick. An adjustable latch accommodates 2-3/8- or 2-3/4-inch backsets. Constructed to meet Grade 3 standards, with a 2-1/2-inch square rose, 4-5/8-inch lever, and 2-9/16-inch projection.
The Seabrook is a straight, modern lever, and this version sits on a square rose. The passage set has no lock: both levers always open the door, which is what you want on hallway, closet, laundry and pantry doors.
If your door was drilled for a standard knob or lever, it is a one-for-one swap. The latch adjusts for either common backset, it fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick, and the levers aren't handed, so the same set works on a left- or right-hand door. Yale builds the Edge Series to meet Grade 3 standards, which is fine for an interior door. For bedrooms and bathrooms, choose the matching Seabrook privacy lever; for a door that only needs a pull, the matching single dummy.

Yes, if your door is 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick and drilled for a standard lockset: a 2-1/8" hole through the face and a 1" hole in the edge. The latch adjusts to a 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset, which is the distance from the door edge to the center of the large hole. The levers are non-handed, so the swing of the door doesn't matter. Yale says Edge Series locks are not for commercial hollow metal doors.
