Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use the Classic Entries website, request locksmith service, shop online, or access our digital guides.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.classicentries.com and related services operated by Classic Entries Residential Lock & Key ("Classic Entries," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, submitting a request, placing an order, or downloading a guide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Important: A written estimate, invoice, work order, or service agreement may contain additional terms for a particular job. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the job-specific terms control for that job.
Using the site
You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site's operation or another person's use of it. You must provide information that is accurate and current when you submit a service request or place an order. You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, or use the site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Service information and requests
Website content about rekeying, lock installation, lockouts, smart locks, home security, commercial rekeys, and related services is for general information. A service-request form is an inquiry; submitting it does not guarantee availability, a specific arrival time, a price, or the creation of a service contract. We will confirm scope, pricing, scheduling, and any applicable terms separately. A service-call fee paid through the site is non-refundable.
You represent that you are the owner, tenant, manager, or otherwise authorized person for the property and lock or access system involved in a request. We may refuse a request that appears unauthorized, unlawful, unsafe, or outside the services we offer. Website content is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation, and no result is guaranteed until the condition of the lock, door, frame, hardware, or property is assessed.
Shop orders and pricing
Product descriptions, images, availability, options, and prices are provided for convenience and may change. We may correct an error, limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, incorrectly described or priced, or appears connected to fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
Before payment, the checkout will show the applicable order total, taxes, shipping charges, and selected options. Delivery availability and timing depend on the product, destination, inventory, and carrier. If our address lookup can't place the street, or isn't available, sales tax is based on the county that covers most of the delivery ZIP code. The Return & Refund Policy explains the current rules for eligible physical-product returns, refunds, return shipping, and exchanges. Digital guides and service-call fees are non-refundable.
Payments and third-party services
Online payments and wallet transactions are processed through Square. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers through the site. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to Square's terms and privacy notice. Other providers, including hosting, security, email, shipping, tax, and delivery providers, may have their own terms and policies.
Digital guides and downloads
When you purchase or request a digital guide, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the guide for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly post, redistribute, reproduce, or use the guide to create a competing product without written permission. Download links may expire or have reasonable use limits for security. Contact us if you need help with a valid download. Guide purchases are final and non-refundable; if a purchase is refunded anyway, its download links stop working. New download links can be requested for two years after purchase.
Digital guides are educational resources, not a guarantee of a home's security, a substitute for professional advice, or a promise of a particular result. You are responsible for deciding whether a suggested action is appropriate for your property and circumstances.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, layouts, guides, and code, are owned by Classic Entries or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly stated in these Terms, no license is granted. Classic Entries, product names, and third-party brand names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- use the site for an unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
- submit false requests, impersonate another person, or misuse another person's contact information;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, accounts, systems, or data;
- introduce malware, harmful code, or unreasonable automated traffic;
- scrape, copy, frame, or republish site content except as allowed by law or written permission; or
- interfere with security, payment, checkout, download, or other site functionality.
Third-party links and content
The site may include links, maps, payment tools, or other features provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, products, or services. A link does not imply endorsement. Your interactions with a third party are governed by that party's terms and privacy practices.
Google Places provides checkout address suggestions. Use of this feature is subject to the Google Terms of Service, the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the site, a product, a digital guide, or a service will meet your particular needs or produce a particular security result.
Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty, right, remedy, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classic Entries and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site, a product, a guide, or a service. This limitation applies even if we knew such damages were possible. It does not limit liability that the law does not permit us to limit.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Classic Entries and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes related to these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after the revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms for future use.
